  1. Beta carotene present in the leaves is  an antioxidant that protects  the body against free-radical damage and fight the effects of aging.
  2. It can support  kidney function. However, it contains oxalates, which can cause problems for those who suffer in  kidney and gall bladder problems.
  3. It can relief  joint pain. Since it  has anti-inflammatory properties.
  4. It is rich in iron and  cure anemia.
  5. It is rich in cancer-fighting compounds. Myricetin, a flavonol found in parsley  has been shown to have chemopreventive effects on skin cancer  Myricetin has also been evaluated for its effectiveness in the treatment and prevention of diabetes
  6. The chemical found in parsley apigenin has been found to decrease tumor size in an aggressive form of breast cancer
