Is English language practice a skill or or a will?
Language is only means not an end .Language is a communication tool. If the listener /receiver understood the speaker’s feeling the purpose of the language has come to an end. The first step in any language learning is listening skill. It has to be developed in the minds of the learner. The second skill is speaking skill and it has to be cultivated later and finally conversation skill.
Language learning is a skill .Building vocabulary is the most important thing in any language learning skill. One can have mastery over that language only by practice .
Three R’s Read, Recollect and Repeat are the correct way to master a language. When language is mastered then language becomes slave . If not speaker becomes slave to the language. Language is a good master but it is a bad servant.So one should not shrink to the fantasy that English language is the barrier for his progress.
The child starts learning the mother tongue first by speaking incorrect language After a period of time that the child corrects him/her selves to the correct practice This is true even in foreign language learning . So remove your mind blocks if at all any and create confidence over your English Usage Don’t worry about grammar
In any language learning, Learning starts with learning of words but that is not enough to practice in a sentence.. The learner should learn how to use them meaningfully in a structured sentence

In the never never land there is the town called Grammar
As per the proceedings of the chairman of the town every street must have at least two houses.
Each street is called Sentence Street and the two houses are subject house and predicate villa.
In the subject house there lives Mr Noun with his three sons’ abstract noun, proper noun collective noun.
Some times their friend Adjective went to stay with them
At times noun family goes away for a holiday and their house was occupied by a relative the pronoun.
In the predicative villa there lives Mr.Verb.
He is a very important person of the street and often lives quite alone although at times he has a friend staying with him named adverb
There is a rivalry between Mr Verb and Mr Noun .
As a result Mr Verb will not allow adjective to enter his villa and in turn the
Noun refuses to admit adverb into his subject house.
